How It Works
From “I need a bounce house” to kids bouncing — in about two minutes of booking and zero minutes of setup work for you.
1. Pick your bounce house & date
Every unit has a live calendar — if a date is open, it's yours. No calling around, no waiting for a callback. Weekend dates go fast in summer, so book two to three weeks ahead if you can.
2. Reserve with a deposit
Pay a 50% deposit online through our secure checkout (or pay in full — your call). You'll get an instant email confirmation with your booking code. The balance is due in cash or card when we deliver.
3. We deliver & set up — free
About an hour to 90 minutes before your party starts, we deliver, place, anchor, and inflate the unit, then walk you through the safety rules. Delivery, setup, and takedown are free throughout Lewiston, Auburn, Lisbon, Lisbon Falls, Brunswick, Topsham, Gardiner, Richmond, and Dresden.
4. Bounce for your 4-hour party
Your rental covers a 4-hour party window. When it's over we come back, take everything down, and haul it away. You never touch the equipment.
What we need from you
- ✅ A reasonably flat spot big enough for your unit (each listing shows the footprint — add a few feet of clearance on each side)
- ✅ A standard 120V outlet within 75 feet (the blower runs continuously)
- ✅ Grass, pavement, or indoor gym — we bring stakes or sandbag anchors to match
- ✅ An adult to supervise while kids bounce (it's in the rental agreement)
🌧️ Maine weather policy
If rain washes out your party, tell us by the morning of your event and choose a full refund of your deposit or a free reschedule to any open date. High winds (sustained over ~15–20 mph) mean the unit can't run safely — same policy applies. We'd rather move your party than risk it.
